Daffodils. A whole bunch of coincidences aligned to get this shot, which I am rather fond of. First, I had some weird custom white balance from the previous day (taken from tarmac in the shade rather than a grey card). And then the light happened on the walk home, and I just happened to pass these daffodils and bam, this.

It was a lovely morning. :)

Tech trivia: Canon EOS D30, Pentacon 50mm f/1.8 at about f/5.6. Also had a polariser fitted from the previous day; I was too rushed to get out and enjoy the morning to remove it.
